Getting Started

Attending therapy can feel a bit intimidating. Meeting with a new person and sharing vulnerabilities is not something many are familiar with. Engaging in therapy can be transformative, healing, and validating. You can attend therapy for any number of reasons; life transitions, stress, depression, anxiety, mood issues, body changes, grief, or working through past experiences.  

Next Steps

  1. Call, email, or submit an inquiry below with BRIEF details on why you're seeking therapy.

  2. We will establish the first appointment, otherwise called an initial assessment.

  3. You will receive an invitation to the client portal. There will be assigned documents that MUST be completed PRIOR to the first session. 

  4. Erica will review your paperwork before the first meeting and discuss practice policies.

  5. Therapy has begun! You can look forward to a sense of understanding, compassion, and safety.
